I'm going to overly simplify this... disreguarding wether accelerating faster saves more gas or accelerating slower saves more gas... SO basically if you're use to using 1/3 throttle to accelerate in normal mode you'll use 12 mpg but when you're in sports mode and accelerate using 1/3 throttle it might be equal to 1/2 throttle in normal mode hence you're using more gas. BUT if in sports mode you use 1/6th throttle then you might be using the same amount of gas as 1/3 in normal mode... Ka-peesh?

It's all good. I'm taking my car to the dealer tomorrow to get this DTC issue worked out. Hopefully that will fix things. Also, I was having trouble programming my garage door openers. Does anyone have that problem? I followed the instructions, but it doesnt seem to activate it for some reason. ?
