congrats on the new ride!

Seeing as you open the door to suggestions, the easiest+cheapest+quickest mod is the LCI chrome tailpipe cover. Check out this link here, which has details on where I purchased mine from for my pre-LCI 520d (- previous ride).

As for wheels, if its OEM, then I think my choices are pretty obvious; check out my signature for details!
I'd have to say that if I was buying non-OEM items, it would have to be 20s like you wrote above

Enjoy....
Just to be clear those are not the tail-pipe covers from the LCI but are actually aftermarket covers. The LCI has a completely different shaped pipe. Also that dealler does not do business via the web anymore but I know him well and can be contacted on Alex Neetzel <alexneetzel@web.de>

I can confirm what Bruce wrote above. Alex is building a new online shop, but its not live yet. About 4 weeks ago I bought a new set of aluminium trim from him for my wife's 3er -- good price, packaging, etc. Just drop him an email at the address above and he can still deliver the LCI tailpipe, as well as all other BMW parts/accessories... but much lower than BMW prices!!

Hey xBMWx that is exactly what I've been looking for!

Thanks for the link. I knew I'd seen cars with it on, and it looked like a cover, but I couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Cheers

Wheels: 19" OEM will my first choice. Not sure on the 166, but I like the 172 split spokes.

I see you had a 520d before the 525d. The remap has made a big difference over standard performance, have you thought about mapping the 525d?
The 520d and 525d are both company cars, so remapping is a big no-go. In another post however, it was confirmed that the LCI 525d AUTO transmission is rated at 400NM, which is what the 525d has standard from the factory. So if you remapped it, you would be putting it under strain, even if BMW has built in a certain level of tolerance. Knowing this now I would not do a remap on my 525dA. (On the manual transmission its not an issue)

Pleased to hear you are enjoying your remap!
