Hi guys - here are two things - a map of the Munich facilities and the address list for GPS entry.
On the map, the red letters on the left - #13 is the parking for the Werk 1 tour (Olympia Parkaus). On the middle, burgundy letters, #22 is the FIZ Parkhaus. Look at the intersections and enter that on your NAV systems - or the given adddresses from the list attached.
I think we have everything now. Now it's just a matter of waiting. Max is 60 people for Dingolfing, 25 for the FIZ and 30 for Munich.
We should plan on meeting around 17:00 on Tuesday, July 18th at the Lindner Hotel and go from there. Remember, since not one of you responded, I did dot reserve a meeting room for us. If eveyone wants one, and one is still available, we can pay for one then, otherwise we'll have to meet just "around" the grounds of the hotel, eat somewhere - find a place suitable to hold all of us that are coming - or meet in the garage but that would be lame..
I seriously doubt we'll be able to eat together at one place without prior arrangements - which we won't have..
See you all there and drive safely.

Max is 60 people for Dingolfing, 25 for the FIZ and 30 for Munich.We should plan on meeting around 17:00 on Tuesday, July 18th at the Lindner Hotel and go from there. Remember, since not one of you responded, I did dot reserve a meeting room for us. If eveyone wants one, and one is still available, we can pay for one then, otherwise we'll have to meet just "around" the grounds of the hotel, eat somewhere - find a place suitable to hold all of us that are coming - or meet in the garage but that would be lame..
I seriously doubt we'll be able to eat together at one place without prior arrangements - which we won't have..See you all there and drive safely.

One question, do you know how many folks are we all together I only mean the 100%, as for sure that on 18th July evening we should eat somewhere so indeed we could do a booking, I am not so sure they would ask any visa or others. If we all are interested in we could choose one maybe our German mates could help otw we can also do it. voila.

Once we get there we can do something if that's what people want to do. I've done all the planning I'm going to do. If anyone wants to facilitate reservations or anything else, be my guest.
Also, as you all know we have more people signed up and confirmed than we have room at the FIZ and Munich. You guys will have to decide how you'll pick who goes and who doesn't. We can all go to Dingolfing. My suggestion is start with the people who are coming from the furthest, especially flying in - Brazil, Greece, USA, Romania, etc., and so on and then fill the rest of the slots with other folks.
There are 21 slots open at the FIZ and 26 for Munich. I think we have 41 people total but some of you told me you're just doing Dingolfing.
