I'm new to the forum, just saw this thread and would be interested in coming. The problem is with my job I can sometimes barely plan 2 weeks ahead and July is soooo far away. What would happen if I had 2 cancel 2 weeks before the event?
Congratulations on your effort. I've organised these kind of things for the Polish MX-5 club and I know it can be frustrating at times.

Look up post 282 and download the list which has all the information and all the links for the hotels in the area. Once you download the list, provide me with all the information I need - your real name, your guests' name, nationalities, where you're coming from, whether you're bringing a car, which activities will you participate in (or would like to), etc., etc., and send me a PM. I will not post any real names here, but ALL three BMW places require full names and nationalities. Additionally, the FIZ-Meile requires you to have a passport on the day of the visit.
