I will make hotel reservations as soon as the day of 19/7 confirm.
Yeah Marcusleung - do not wait. If Klaus tells me the date will have to change, we can call the hotel and reschedule. We'll find out NLT Tuesday.

And for everyone, look at the "Total" column and ensure I have you and your guests listed correctly.

I had originally started putting a 1, 2, 3, etc., meaning you PLUS 1,2,3 guests, but to ensure the formula worked at the bottom, I put your entire group under the Totals. So if you're bringing two people, the column should read "3". If there are 4 of you but you're coming on two different cars, say so as well.

Adios!

Wouldn't be a good ideea to edit the thread title and place somewhere there the text: July 2006?

Yes, I'll see if I can figure it out how to do it., but I'll wait until I confirm the date with Klaus.

It could be: WORLDWIDE MEETING IN GERMANY: 18 - 21 July 2006

GOOD THINKING!

Yes, I remember now. I had not counted Thebe and Mrs. Thebe . So we have 16 people reserved then, possibly 17.

We're movin' now!!

When we get to about 25 reserved, I'll start looking at the Chiemsee or Garmisch areas for Thursday/Friday- any particular preference from you guys??
I am looking forward to get in the car and go to this event. And the guys (especially the ones from the US) that have not been to Zugspitze, they should try, really

Yeah, once we get closer to the date, I will put together a list of things and places for the guys that would like to stay over and see stuff.

Enclosed are two pictures - the Zugspitze from Garmisch and a picture at the summit. There's a spot at the overlook where you can stand and have a foot in Austria and a foot in Germany - which would leave your nuts county-less...
