Me and my family will be traelling from Europe to Los Angeles in the Summer for a couple of weeks

Any of you local guys can give me some tips and guidance about what our family could do, where we could visit ? my two kid are still below 10 years old.

Have been to LA 3-4 times before on business, but first time for family. personaly, I love LA.

So far, we have Disney, Venice, other theme parks, Santa Monica on the agenda, but there must be local treasures ?

There are several attractions that can peak your interest - La Brea Tar Pits, LA Zoo, Universal Studios, the Hollywood sign (you can actually hike up there), The Petersen Automotive Museum, Hollywood, the list goes on and on. Enjoy your trip and let us know if you want a little mini meet to welcome you

All of the above mentioned are promising fun besides the GAy hollywood sign hike up.. I went there and hated it so did couple of my friends. Just get a pic in universal studios they have a hollywood sign billboard.

Leave immediately and come to NY, if you want to visit a real city.

You can do what we do......point at the tourists and laugh!!

There are a million things to do here and despite ONE dissenting opinion (maniac), it truly IS a real city!
