Maybe we could get a different shelter this time. Hopefully something with more of an open field.
Setup activities and stuff instead of eating & drinking & sitting

...but if you really want we could have like pin the tail on the donkey and someone could bring a piniata.

eating and drinking is good for me too. it's like tailgating without a follow on sporting event. usually, depending on the game, the tailgating is better then the game anyway.

Well, Pin the tail on the donkey might be excessive.
how about beer pong! haha.
I was just thinking if people wanted to bring a bike, or a football, etc something to work up an appetite.
But whatever floats your boat

Let's not get too carried away...
At the park they have rules and regulations, you pretty much need to stick to the plan, eat, drink, play some games, etc. If you want you can rent stuff that they have there but the cars have to stay at designated areas, we cannot take to the grass. Now, if we pick a beach place we need to think of a beach where the cars will be closer to us some have grills but parking usually is accross the street. Let's brainstorm a bit throughout the week.
As I had mentioned, I will be out of reach for the next few days; I will look for an Internet cafe or something... Not sure what I will find in this island! However, I will be back on mainland, Rio de Janeiro, next Monday and they have wi-fi at the hotel.
Talk to you guys later.

Looks like we are getting a lot more people on this meet. So are we renting a bigger shelter?
