Considering that it's the holiday season and if we get a sizable turn out of 10 or more, I might need to know real quickly to reserve the restaurant.
I actually organized a dinner event for my sales group last night for 30+ people and we had a private dining room with open bar at Maggiano's in Santana Row. Something like that would be awesome but it would depend on commitment from everyone and availability of the venue.
