The only thing I prefer about the II is that both paddles to the same things

I think you have the SMG versions backwards...

The M3 has the SMG II. I imagine that the E60 version might be the "I" version...

Boy, we really hijackedthis thread. I thought the M# would be I becasue it came out first. far too logical for BMW.

Back to the thread topic, do we have a final date, time, location for a Brooklyn meet?

whats up guys? I'm down for a Brooklyn meet . Its pretty local for me, might be to cold though this weekend. Floyd Bennett Field would be a good site....big open area , plus its not to far from the best pizza in New York L&B Spumoni Gardens

Yeah man good answer!

L & B has the best squares (sicilians). Lenny & John's near Flatbush and Flatlands Avenue is good sh*t too.

But L & B has a large outdoor seating area and if we roll up with 10 or more E60's we'll be takin' over!

FYI L & B is on 86th Street and Avenue U (South of) and accessible via the Belt Parkway.

This is a good place to get some grub before, during or after the meet.

How about meeting at Nassau Coliseum for the first BMWCCA autocross of the season? If you don't want to run you can watch your fellow BMW owners run the pylons. I don't have the date yet but the first event is usually at the end of March.
