What time do you guys think we should set the meet for?

I personally like to sleep late on Saturdays, so I vote, like, 1:30 - 2PM Maybe even later, cuz the Sun is hottest between noon and 4pm - I don't want anyone getting a Sun stroke, or anything

1pm sounds good

We don't need anything fancy - just plain ol' Webers will do - can someone more local to Jerz take it upon themselves?

BTW 1pm is totally cool by me.

PS We don't need to reserve anything if we bring our own grilles. There should be enough parking (I think there might be a $4 parking fee though).

Hey guys!

Last time I was @ a BBQ meet in fort lee it got really hot and we were lucky someone had brought one of those tent canopy things that we ended setting up for some shade.

If anyone has one of those things it might be a good thing to bring and maybe a fold out table. I don't have neither or else I would bring it but maybe someone does.

I'm going there to investigate the location more this weekend, but if my memory serves me right, there are plenty of trees to provide cover from the Sun. Additionally, the cliffs will start throwing shadow at about 3-4pm (at least, that was the case last time I bbq'd there). I think we will be perfectly fine without the tent as long as we don't set up in a very open area.
However, if anyone ends up bringing the tent - more power to ya. Heck, it'll be great.

This reminds me:

Guys, don't forget:

Sunscreen, your cool shades, folding chairs, bug repellants - you are all big boys and girls, you know what you need to take with you - just reminding
