Did his email include the invite to our web site? If so sign up and that will give u access to all information. If not we are just trying to confirm we can get you the invite. ANd then you could use PMs if easier to get us your participation info (Friday, Saturday drives and which dinners. Also need contact for where you will be staying (I know you had not firmed that up last we PM'd).
