** Accommodation Update #2 **
Took them until this morning, but the Crowne Plaza has now confirmed that they will give us a special fixed rate of EUR 165 per room, including breakfast. They are also offering a special package room, breakfast and a 3-course dinner for Euro 99.00 per person (based on 2 persons per room). Parking is Euro 24.00 per car in a public car park with direct access to the hotel.
The rates are nowhere near as competitive as we managed to get in K?ln in April, but these are pretty good by Maastricht standards - their normal rates are EUR 140 for a single and EUR 160 for a double, plus EUR 18 per person for breakfast. I propose we go for the EUR 165 room/breakfast package and do our own thing for dinner. Let me know if you're OK with this and I'll lock the 6 rooms in.

If nobody can provide the DSC off t-shirts I can have them made for 20 euro a piece when I order at least 10 pieces.
