Thanks for the update on the shirts, Marcel.

Restaurant confirmation will be sent out this morning. Looks like menu #4 is our winner.

There will be a detailed schedule, participant listing, etc sent out to everyone this week, which I'll liaise with xBMWx on (he was in hospital last week - nothing serious, but his stay in hospital was a little longer than expected).

Good to see its all coming together

Please to see a couple more members sign up, which will compensate for the usual few last minute cancellations...

I've been in hospital for the last week due to an infection in my ankle, which ended up having to be operated on. Its not serious now and is getting better. I'm at home on antibiotics, still unable to walk and my body is just drained from fighting the infection. I had hoped to be able to make it to the meeting point in K?ln, but the incision from the op is not healing/closing as quickly as expected. I keep telling myself I might be able to make it, but deep down I also know what the answer is... and my wife just looks at me like this whenever I mention my goal to still attend the meet Next time...

Many thanks to 320dtouring for putting in the effort to organise the t-shirts.
MacSid will collect my t-shirt and I will meet up with him some time soon.

a BIG thank you to MacSid for stepping up to take on the overall coordination, including reservations etc.
I hope you sort him out with a BIG beer on the day... which no doubt Mrs MacSid will drink for him!!

I'll still be checking in here, with constructive and helpful suggestion... as always

It will be worth travelling across Europe for the meet, but it is not going to be the same without you mate.

Guttered to hear you can't make it mate

Are you sure you can't make it ? is it the left or right ankle..you only need one foot mate, preferably the right one I guess - but either will do if you can make it

Where does Pete live ? let's go and buzz his place !

get well mate - all the best...

Thumbs down

Folks,

I am putting together an information document for meet day for which I need the following information from you:

- Real name
- Cell phone number
- Brief description of your vehicle (e.g. mine would be E60 530d, sapphire black, 116s, Dutch licence plate)

If you have not previously sent this to Pete or I, or if any of the info previously sent has changed, please PM these details to me as soon as you possibly can.

Additionally, with xBMWx and Thyrus not being able to make it, we have 2 already-booked rooms for two at the Crowne Plaza Maastricht going. I'm trying to get them cancelled with no penalty at all, but am not holding my breath on this. So, if there are any among you who were thinking of staying the night in Maastricht, please let me know today.
