Guys, I need to get solid headcount for the dinner by Fri Oct 29th.
I know this meet is a bit far but the caravan there is part of the fun. Leaving around 8AM on a Sat morning means lots of empty straight aways.
It'd be great if you can stay for the whole event and leave on Sun but we've had folks that have driven home the same day. This is the sixth time I've done this and it has always been a great time.

I am going for the day - may go for both though (so put me down for yes Sat & tentitive Sun too). BTW do you know if the hotel allows dogs? I would bring my crew if they do! Thanks!

Unfortunately the Courtyard doens't allow pets. Just saw it on their website. 
Hope you can stay for all the activities so let me know if you'll be doing dinner and staying for the after party with us. Sunday is basically a free travel day back.
John and Hiep, let's DO THIS!! What time is the fight? We're having dinner at Native Lounge so I'll ask if they have TVs and will be airing the fight or not. Don't think I can change the dinner venue at this point.

Native has TV's, but I doubt they will get the fight. Could be something to ask for though. In all the years I've been here, I have yet to hear about a boxing match being aired. Tony, call "The Graduate" and see if they are getting it. I think they would be the only place that would consider it.
