Thanks. I actually went to the meet but left when they started the drive.
But to give an update... the doc said my dads eyeballs are ok... he examined it and didnt find any tears or holes by the retina but did say to keep close notice if the flashes of light happen more frequent...

I'm glad to meet alot of you folks. The drive up malibu canyon was awesome. Ms. KC girl can really drive , and kept up behind. And I hope you find a replacement for the mirrors Joe . Btw the vorsteine trunk spoiler or however you spell it , adds a nice touch.

It was fun.....but unfortunately I could not drive the canyon at the speeds that I would have liked to because I was stuck behind some slowpokes j/k.
I don't know whether they didn't feel like driving faster or whether they were worried because of lowered suspensions, but either way it resulted in a leisurely drive instead of the faster sprints I had in the two Angeles Crest runs.
