You can't have too many cylinders or cubic inches.
I pulled up to a red light on Ocean Pkwy. A black e60 pulls up alongside. Of course the guy wants to race. I'm like "whatever, I'm not 18 anymore". So I lost him and stayed ahead of him by negotiating traffic for about 10 blocks
Finally he catches up with me again and its a rolling start, as the green comes on right when we're coming up to the stop light. He peels out, I shift into 3rd and go slow, just barely keeping up with him. In a block or two, I catch up with the guy again at a light, roll down my window and tell him "forums.e60.net - if you REALLY wanna drive, come to the July 25th meet! Peace"

As if to prove your point further, the following happened to me a couple of hours ago:

The dude sounds like a stoplight racer only. I doubt he'll show.

if he does, he might graduate from being a stoplight racer
do you shift manually when you go at it or let the automatic handle it for ya?

I was doing it for her when I got the error. Running her in Sport the car kept playing it safe.

Or you could take our favorite road but go last in line so you can go slower.
