Thanks. Yes it was a nice drive. Harriman, of course, was but a tiny part of our drive at the very end. We went through part of the Eastern Poconos that I bet you did you drive when you did your trip to the Poconos Raceway.

County Route 106 in Harriman is really rough on trannies (tranmissions that is).
LOL @ the clarification... I don't know if any of the other type of trannies are going to be joining us, but we don't want to scare them away, right?

Scott, do you have the route in electronic format? I spoke to a bunch of guys at work and a few of them want to drive it...
And thanks for organizing this. The more I think about it, the better I feel that I made it to the meet.

Maybe that's why there were a few significant members absent

Looks like you had fun. Shame I was in a class that day.

LOL. I am offering the drive again to those who wanted to go and missed it. I started a thread with a poll that has received 2 responses so far: http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=78680

Victor and I had so much fun that I'm happy to do that run again. I'll do it again if I can get five interested members.

But I am going to put some thoughts into planning a Double Black Diamond Meet centered around the toughest, twistiest, most dangerous road within 3 hours drive of New York City. I ran the road once already (and it took my breath away) but I need to go back out there and check out some nearby roads and a lunch stop restaurant.
