what kind of computer are we using?

My Ride: 2011 520dA coming up.
Of course everyone depends on their computer for taking part in this forum.
Now I'm just curious what kind of computer you're using at home or in your work time.
Mine: at home my favorite is my iMac G5 in the living room just because it works allways and it's beautiful. When I'm lazy i use a Asus M5200N ultra light laptop on the couch or in bed (wireless)
And there is a P4 3,6 in my computer room which i hardly use because otherwise my wife starts complaining about never seeing me.
At work I use a G5 as well, but try to focus on the work instead of forums.
My connection is 4480/704 Kbit/s over a W2k3 server and citrix clients connecting to remote workplace (the apple has to use specific windows software)
The server is a bit overkill, but i like my data centralized.

P4 3.0C overclocked to 3.7 ghz
9800 Pro overclocked to XT speeds.
1 gb DDR5400 RAM.

The graphics card is mediocre, I'm waiting to get a 6800 Ultra.

The Central Propulsion Unit (ion drive) consists of a hard drive, an interface card and a tiny spinning wheel that's powered by a running elephant. There is a new GUI because we've just spilt molasses over the keyboard. Every home should have one. Just to keep it warm. And the roses fed.

2-40g (7200 rmp)drives (one for nightly backup)
512 RAM
Samsung Syncmaster 19" 191 flat screen LCD monitor (looks good)
Basic graphics/sound, CD writer, floppy drive, Altec sub/sats
DSL (by Verizon/linkline.com) 768/125 (something like that). IE6 and AOL
Simple system, easy to use, fast enough, nice screen, protected by 8 anti-spyware and anti-virus programs. Never a problem.
