I work for a global IT solutions provider, Dimension Data. Job title is Sr. Solution Architect. I'm responsible for the overall technical design and architecture of data networking and what we call converged communications solutions, which is voice and data networking combined on a single transmission medium. All based on Cisco Systems hardware.
