Can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can get one made? Tried googling it but got nothing but vanity plate holders and pictures on plates nothing where i can create one.

If you're actually referring to real license plates then you should go your state's DMV website and you should be able to play around with what you want and it'll tell you if it's available or not.
