Thanks for sharing the nice photo.
The green island is my favorite among the Hawaiian islands.
I stayed at Poipu once but the last time was at Kapaa. Snorkeling is better at Poipu; dining better at Kapaa.
Next time you visit, take highway 50 all the way east to highway 56. Follow this all the way. So many places to stop along the way, especially the infamous and beautiful Hanalei Bay. You'll be taking the 56 all the way until it ends at the north end of the island.

Some of the best hiking I've ever done right there at Haena. Hiking at cliffside for about 2.5 hours will take you up and then down to a secluded and somewhat private beach. The views are priceless.
