Well tonight in the UK
Can you buy a decent mid-engined Italian supercar for under ten grand? Plus, what is faster in a race through the streets of Lisbon - a mountain bike or a car?

A British sports car, the Marcos TSO-GT, takes to the track and record-breaking yachtswoman Ellen MacArthur is this week's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

Where is it broadbast? I haven't seen it on BBC America. Used to watch it all the time in Ireland.

If only Clarkson was smart enough to use i-Drive

True - the guy is a great reviewer but a muppet when it comes to technology.

Wonder whats on tonights programme.

I'm sure he probably gets the technology just fine - but there's more comedy value in making out he doesn't.

Yup that was a good one. Trip to Paris in a Zonda, Ferrari and Ford GT40 - then they all get stuck trying to get out of the underground car park !!!!

I have to admit to being an addict - and if anything it's getting better.

Today was so so but I agree next week sounds great - a race to mainland Europe included. What the hell was that car they were showing at the end - Clarkson claimed he had never been in anything so fast but they only showed glimpses of it and I couldnt figure out what it was. Maybe a Bugatti? Anyway it will be tested next week.

I'm really looking forward to their review of the bugatti veyron, but I hope it's not on of the "races," but rather mostly on their track.

I agree, but the recollection of the 545 vs 535 episode is off, it was other way around. The 545 was quicker round the track than the 535.

Does anyone know what time the 545i posted round the TG track as its not on the TG list? In the actual episode they showed the 2 cars neck and neck from the start of the race then they showed the 545i coming in 3 secs ahead at the finish. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to start a mines faster than yours argument, Its just that I don't believe the 535d could be that much slower. Knowing TG it was just a stunt as JC hates diesels and won't admit that these days they are really good.
The 535d did the lap in 1min 31.8secs. So if the 545i was 3 seconds faster it would be only 0.8 of sec slower than an M3 CSL which did it in 1min 28secs I don't think so
