The best one I've heard from my dealer so far...:
I told him I want the settop box for digital TV. First he said he never heard about it, but if he hears something he will let me know... Well, it was out before the E60... Anyways... I called Munich and they said of course they have it and the dealer should know about it. The very next day I received the BMW magazine and the settop box was mentioned in it.
So I called my dealer again and told him Munich knows about the box and said he should know about it too, and BTW, it's mentioned in the new issue of the BMW magazine... His response: I'll order a copy of the BMW magazine to check it...
By saying that he was telling me that he doesn't believe me and he is not willing to check his ETK. :thumbsdown:
Of course there was such a settop box and he succesfully installed it... Months later...
