I'm not sure if it's really staged.
You can see he actually drives, and the car lands on the roof... He's not wearing a helmot or any protection, so he is in danger doing this.
Anyways, it shows what can happen to a pretty heavy guy when not wearing the seatbelt... Impressive!

Seat Belts really do save lifes. Regardless what people think, 99.99% of the time they save lifes.
Years ago i had a good friend in Highschool, She was on her way to work on the highway. For some reason she was not buckled up ... she was known for NOT backing out of a parking spot unless she wore her seat belt ... but someone cut her off on the highway. she went into the median, over corrected & the car flipped 4 times. She was found & pronounced DOA about 30 feet away from where the car was. The car was not that heavily damaged either .... if she'd been wearing her safety belt it'd would've been fine.
