I doubt anyone could get on (what looks like) a highway with that thing hanging there and not seeing it or getting stopped by the cops or someone not pointing it out to them...

he or she must have love that pump so they take it with tham to home and use it for a garden hose.
That why in HK we never have to use 1 of them in our live. When we full up there is no need to get out of the car which is cool.

Thats because most asian people are super lazy to even get out and refill their cars!! Some are so lazy to even drive their own cars!!

sorry this is not call lazy this is called 1st class servies which no were in the world has this (tell me if I am wrong any 1) and people who don`t drive there own car is because to show that they are rich no lazy.
most people that they don`t drive there own cars have over 2 to 3 cars and a sport car is a must too, so they do drive the other weekend car but not the dayly cars, I know alot of people that are like that.

ahh... its worse over here.
may also have to do with the fact that some people may get to lazy to walk inside the station and pay , or some people over here have no idea how to properly use fuel pumps...
