it costs $24, 807 per year per inmate in california. give me 4 inmates
i will keep them in my basement and quite my job.
With 11 executions spread over 27 years, on a per execution basis, California and federal taxpayers have paid more than $250 million for each execution.
i will put a bullet in a child molesters head for the cost of a 20 cent bullet.
