yes your right but max in HK is 50ms which is OK.
But with a PC you need a fast computer to play or you will have big lag.
But with Xbox itis OK cos all the same machine, just the ISP you need to worry about

yeah , but to play CS you dont that amazing a machine.. Even CS source isnt that taxing

right but you do need a fast graphic card and at lest 1GB of ram, a fast hardisk cos when loading maps it will be much faster. I got 3GB of ram and 720gb hardisk.
I myself is a 3D designer so I go for the looks and detail in the game and not just the game play.
OTS I think the BMW is runed by Intel chips.
