you think your cops are bad? come to lincoln nebraska. The crime rate he is so low all the cops do is speed trap, and hand out bullshit tickets.
My boyfriend got a jaywalking ticket in downtown lincoln for crossing the street in the cross walk. It was flashing dont walk but hadnt gone solid.
