The video is horrible to watch not so much because of the graphic nature,but because you can hear him calling out for his dad. Terrible to listen to this man call for his father while he is being beaten and tasered to death.
A shocking video may be released allegedly showing cops tasering and beating the homeless man to passing away who they claim had been resisting arrest.
Though the video isn't clear, eye witnesses state the homeless man -- Kelly Thomas, 37 - was not able to put up any opposition and was lying on the floor on his front once the attack took place upon July 5.

The man's death is a tragedy, almost as bad as the editing of the article:
"he passed away several times later"?!?!?! So, he died, then came back to life, only to die again and repeat?
"police will not concern a statement"? Really?
Ok, if you're going to present a story about a mentally ill MAN's death, why then continue to refer to him as "him or her" - how many women you know have a goatee?
"They kept defeating him and tasering him or her. I could hear zapping, as well as he wasn't even shifting." - Was this really the quote by the witness who was "presently there"?

wow, that seems so unjustified.. that poor man, mentally sick or not, its wrong.

Just let's not start any riots and kill more people "in the name of justice", people. It's a shame this can happen in a civilized world. My prayers go out to the family and friends.
