I figured it out!
If you take:
5,860,000 (the number of people killed during the holocaust)
DIVIDE BY
66,000 (the number of people killed in hiroshima)
= 89
89 x 91 (the year of the rodney king beating)
= 8099
8099 x 3 (number, on average, of kidnappings per day in mexico (2008), which you probably find funny)
= 24,297
Subtract 739 (the number of bias-motivated crimes in michigan in 2006) and you get...

23,558/911 rounded = 26 + the 11 from 911 = 37. Transpose the first two numbers of 911 and you get 19. Saddam Hussein was born in 1937. How much more obvious could it be?
