Patrick,
Easy for you to say. Her birthday and Christmas are 5 days apart. She and a few other people I know, who have birthdays close to Christmas, do not like receiving a combined birthday/Christmas gift. Go ballin' on one and cheap on the other? Not on my life...
I know exactly how it feels, my b-day is 1/11. I hate receiving combo gifts unless it's something really expensive .

I would just like to say that member DRANGED helped me find the watch I was looking for. Thank you VERY much J! I owe you pal!

Eurocarfan - Get a swatch kid. That'll look nice on those boney wrists of yours.

VT - You should get yourself his and hers watches like this...

Dude, she's only your girlfriend. You need to set the correct expectation before you guys get married. You are letting yourself get run over: $1 Meal for bday, quarter-pounder combo for Xmas. HAHAHA
Double quarter-pounders on anniversaries and maybe a apple pie.

LOL! Why do you always have to go off topic? VT (Father Joe) is now going to yell at us again on email.

Okay, let's reel back the thread.

My friend gave me a BMW watch last year for Xmas. It's still brand new in the box. I feel bad if I got rid of it. What do you guys think?
