Ok... I'll explain. Police can't solve murders of rednecks because their DNA is all the same because of the proliferation of intermarriage within familial units. There are no dental records because rednecks have no teeth. As I said before, I am from West Virginia originally ( I escaped at a young age ) so I can attest to the validity of these disparaging remarks against my people.
The truth makes the joke that much more funny.
