yeah this is going to be one of those in and out cases for the county

you can contest what happened but you need evidence, such as a traffic camera or your own to prove it.

In many cases the judge will simply take the report of the cop as ample evidence regardless or what you say.

You need a witness or a video otherwise you will be pounding sand all day man

i just went through this shit and paid the damn fine and moved on with my life

You should take a picture of the intersection to show the judge there was no light to run but rather a stop sign

that might be your only out, stating that what the cop thought was a red light violation was simply you stoping and going from the sign

those are bling to you. i live in an average city. My 08 5 series is bling. Bentlys and lambos are non existant here. On occasion i see a porshce or two, but it is usually the same one in the same area. i dont take into account boxters.

The median income per household member in the US (including all working and non-working members above the age of 14) was $26,036 in 2006.

--That is not a lot of money. So the average american would look at a car that costs 2-3 times their income bling. the cost of my car doesnt come close to my annual income, however, this is about the nicest car i can afford, and I am a single 26 year old with few expenses.

i think the guy driving a 99 ford taurus at the red light next to you will respectfully disagree.

Damnit Craig! Again!??? Can I just ban you from posting on my threads??? JESUS! I already heard enough from you. Please stop posting 50 posts on the same damn thread, listening to you once is enough already.

I plan to fight this myself regardless of what you say and I will win even if I have to find a witness... My girlfriend was following me in her truck when I got pulled over. She can vouch for me that I stopped!

well than that with the photo that there was no red light to violate you may be able to get it thrown out

Thanks for the tip but it was at a red light intersection. Yet the cop wrote the ticket to seem as if I just blew through a red light? When all that happened was I was making a right hand turn on a red light and apparently to the cop I didn't stop.
