Okay here I come again. This time intead of winning an Ipod i won tickets to a drive- in movie. The sound will be broadcast on FM radio and the movie will last 150min. Will it be okay to have my car 's radio on for such a long time without draining my battery?
TIA

Dont wory about it - the Beemer shuts off different consumers if the battery gets low - I believe i'm right in saying it wont let you run it down so far that you cant start it.

If you use a key (vs CA) make sure you turn the key back from the on position so that only the radio still works (no lights, HVAC, etc.). The last time I went to a drive-in was in my E39 and it wasn't a problem.

Thanks for all the information. This will be my first time in a drive-in. Best part, the theater is about 3 miles from home, straight road
