although I never ever use those atm's, I do plan ahead as u mentioned, it's not ur problem people didn't plan ahead, shit for 300 cash u should be able to charge 20 a transaction, considering it's essentally a loan? Could that be a loophole? Instead of calling ur machines atm's call them instant cash loans, ICL's. ICL machines haha

or perhaps the banks kicking senior citizens out of their homes b/c of foreclosure

I have USAA and they reimburse me all of my ATM fees at the end of the month, i think that more banks should offer this service to help manage the costs with the ATM vendors
