i personaly have a netbook over a tablet because of the keyboard and screen position, becasue it fits in the glove box and because the rgb out for the "screens"

The on-screen keyboard is excellent, specially with the multi-touch. It is lighter and longer lasting battery than a netbook. It also fits the glove box and best of all, has HDMI for the SCREEN.

This is why I personally prefer the Tablet.

Checkout the . Has Froyo and 7" screen. There's a larger one planned (10" I think).

I'm also waiting for the right Android tablet to come along. I think now would be the wrong time to buy. Between now and January there'll be new ones announced almost every week.

Yup, Read about that and about the new Toshiba. But, I won't buy a Tablet that is not going to be supported by Google ( Marketplace is very essential). Google also said that it may prevent new tablets to be sold with the FROYO, to protect its name. This is why I guess I will wait till gingerbread and honeycomb to be released. Hopefully, they will support tablets and by then, prices would drop down and better hardware would be released.

You are right, As of January, would be a good time to buy
