Since we already had the video of a guy who full-willingly surrendered get kicked in the head,
I figure I'd post a video of the cops essentially kicking a pastors ass for not doing anything.

part 2 -->
I actually found this a bit disturbing.
Warning: Might be a bit graphic

Wow well this pastor had a mouth first of all
Its reasonable to ask what you are being arrested for but non compliance is a sure fire way to get your ass handed to you.
I think he should have complied and then fought it, because now he will have a hard time convincing any judge that he didnt do anything
I think the border police have a hard enough job as it is.
My father taught me this, when you have a badge and gun, then you can argue with the police, until then just try to cooperate and get through it, get a badge number and then take action

Actually,
You have a point there. I remember in one of my law classes that officers are actually allowed to lie to the person they are questioning at a stop.
I suppose this would be the case here with the dogs.

its frowned upon but generally used if an immenint threat is present and in this case, total non compliance presents a threat
I feel bad for the pastor but he refused compliance with both sets of officials. His requests for evidence were reasonable but they gave him a legal ultimatum, to remove himself from his vehicle at a legitimate checkpoint.
I think they need to be reprimanded but this pastor is obviously a socially engaged pastor with his own agenda. Hence the camera in his car.

I think all pastors deserve a "beat down" so I had no problem with it.
