So, the only way to consider guilt is to actually see it yourself? I guess then every crime committed before I was born or have never seen since is not something I can comment on? I didn't see Jared Loughner open fire in Tucson, either, but I'm pretty sure he did it. Of course, I guess the jury will have to let him walk since they didn't see it either. I wonder, then, why our prisons are so full?
Do you witnessed it yourself or do you know anyone that witnessed it, besides the two involved persons?
If not I suggest we see him innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...

I can agree with you on Vick, Calvin, but Ben was not even charged. He didn't pay the girl anything and the DA didn't prosecute. So before we go calling him a rapist for the rest of his life, let's wait until he's actually convicted of something. Would I like to see him make better decisions about who he hangs out with and where? Yes, because as a starting QB in the NFL you shouldn't be hanging out with college kids in a college bar. You're just asking for trouble.

It's one thing to have doubts. I too have them in the OJ case and was somehow happy he made this stupid mistake and now serves.
But to accuse someone in public is another thing. You don't know who's right and what happened and he therefore is still innocent.
That's the point... Don't accuse him of something that you THINK happened!
Jut don't call him a rapist as I would never call OJ a murder.

I agree, I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he was accused the first time, but after the third accusation I started to see a trend. The only reason he didn't get indicted, I guess, it's because he went after party girls and not, God forbid, get pit bulls to fight each other, because as everyone knows pit bulls rank soooooooo much higher on the importance scale than party girls. I wouldn't want him on my team even if he paid us. I wonder which way PJ would lean if one of the accuser was one of his relatives (and I don't mean any disrespect, just a theoretical question). Sometime the rich and famous get away with rape or murder, but that doesn't make them angels, and I firmly believe OJ killed his wife and the waiter, btw.

Vick IS proven guilty. OJ officially innocent, but I do also believe he isn't, but since the verdict was "not guilty" we can NOT call him a murder, just as we can NOT call Big Ben a rapist!

The second was a party girl in a Georgia bar, who the 3rd one was - I have no idea, but we can make up whatever we like, can't we?
And yes, if it were my relative and something actually happened, he'd better make sure his passport is up to date.
Yes part 2: You're right, and animal does rate higher in my book that a party girl, look no further than Snookie to see why.
If you're such a degenerate (like Vick) that you cannot be trusted to treat an animal with any humanity then I don;t think you are fit to live in civilized society.
