I guess he'll have to learn to do that while his own foot is stuck in his mouth, but I guess with such a big mouth he'll be able to manage just fine. Hell, maybe if he chips in for the champagne I'll suck on his wife's toes.....

What an f-ed up society we live in when during the Lamar Hunt trophy ceremony, Jim Nance talks of Roethisberger "overcoming all he had gone through this year." Yes, let's congratulate Ben for being a serial rapist who weathered the storm of adversity. What a guy.

So, you have been a witness and know he is guilty?

If Collins or in hindsight Hanie clearly gives your team a better chance to win?

Nice game BTW, you could feel beforehand that 4th down was the game!

As I have said before I have been working in Pro Football and I can tell you that the ATC's have the final word in this. If they decide he is out, then he IS out and they tell the equipment manager to take his helmet. So, maybe he wanted back in and the coach wanted him in too, but the trainers decided that the risk is too high and said no. Who knows...
He was probably riding the bike to show that he is ready and he was trying to convince the trainers to let him play again because he is ready and not hurt that bad...

Torn MCL, do not know the degree of it, but considering the lack of stability and stress from each time he plants his leg to throw I hope he rehabs well and comes back even stronger...

The bears need to improve the O-Line and get rid of Martz, that 7 step drop is ridiculous, Haine got us 7 points in 83 seconds running a no huddle and all shot gun offense....where was that all season when we had our starting qb in....by the time most qb's are releasing the ball from a shotgun formation JC is barely finishing his drop back and pass rushers have pushed our o-line so far back that it's no wonder JC took so many hits all season...FTL

...
That's a real good reason for any trainer or doc to bench a player, no matter what game is played...

I can agree with you on Vick, Calvin, but Ben was not even charged. He didn't pay the girl anything and the DA didn't prosecute. So before we go calling him a rapist for the rest of his life, let's wait until he's actually convicted of something. Would I like to see him make better decisions about who he hangs out with and where? Yes, because as a starting QB in the NFL you shouldn't be hanging out with college kids in a college bar. You're just asking for trouble.

Completely agree Gene, JC could be a good QB, but no one can be a good QB when you're running for your life all the time. Remember, JC was a pro-bowler not too long ago, so he can play the game. Just a little harder when the defense is in your face before you can blink.

So, the only way to consider guilt is to actually see it yourself? I guess then every crime committed before I was born or have never seen since is not something I can comment on? I didn't see Jared Loughner open fire in Tucson, either, but I'm pretty sure he did it. Of course, I guess the jury will have to let him walk since they didn't see it either. I wonder, then, why our prisons are so full?
