Steelers 2-0, whoda thunk it? Even as a fan they are doing better than I had hoped, if Troy can stay healthy they can hang with anyone

I'm headed down to take in the game in Tampa this Sunday. I know of at least 30 Steeler fans traveling from the Motor City and the burgh to take in the game @ Raymond James.

Advanced weather forecast calls for a high of 92 on Sunday with a 30% chance of rain. I am fairly certain that the Bucs will wear their white jerseys and have the Steelers play in their black jerseys as they did in the heat of Nashville yesterday.

I know that Josh Freeman is starting to come into his own, however, i have this feeling that there will still be a tens of thousands of Steeler fans in attendance who could help insure a sellout and lifting of the local broadcast blackout.

HERE WE GO STEE-LERS, HERE WE GO!

Agreed, Freeman looks like he's developing quite nicely - especially good new or Bucs fans. The good thing about being a Steelers fan is how well we travel. The few times I have gone to games (either here in San Diego or back in Denver rowing up) there have luckily always been thousands of other Steelers fans and prominent Terrible towels Have fun and enjoy yourself

Damn tipped fieldgoal, Saints get lucky as always and it still sails through.

I think the Bears will benefit from not having a star WR.

Cutler has many options in the passing game, apparently Forte is now an option.

To Gene's earleir comment on Forte's explosiveness....I think he regained it this year. He has been unstoppable. Don't you think?

Monday will be the 1st real test of the entire team IMO.

While I can't stand the Packers, they have a great football team.

If they play like they did last week, Bears will be 3-0. If the team that played in Detroit shows up, it may be a blowout.

IMO, only reason why forte is getting yeards and looks good is because they passing to him rather than him running the ball. He still lacks the committent to jump thru a seam get low and power thru...he still likes to dance and hop around, never fully committing to a hole, and when he does, he lacks the strength to break tackles and/or push thru. All of his runs 5 yards or greater are huge holes created for him by the O-line, nothing really done by him independently......

and yes I'm looking forward to seeing this weeks game as well against GB. AR still looks uncomfortable and unsure of himself where it seems JC seems to finally be finding his swag. Hope he keeps it up.....
