we were short Urlacher as well that game....so that nullified that arguement
But we've some more injuries since then, and I feel there is a lack of coaching going on with my team...the fact that Orton is on a team that's 5-1 says a lot about Chi's coaching/system

+1 It has GOT to be himbling when it seems every guy that leaves the Chicago system turns into a star somewhere else - Orton, Benson, etc.
Urlacher hasn't been himself in a couple of years, he's had Briggs, Harris, and Ogundleye (spelling?)to cover up his deficiencies. It actually surprised me when he got hurt and we knew within an hour or so his season was over. Don't they usually wait until at least the next day?

depending on the injury is when they know what news to break...knees and shoulders you have a lot of active and passive stability so it's hard to tell what's blown and what's not...but with the wrist, it's mostly passive stability, so when it's blown, you can tell...no muscles hiding the injury...so no MRI needed to confirm unlike other areas, the MRI only confirms how much repair is needed....either way...Urlacher has been carrying this team for far too long..the deficiencies I believe are due to frustration and fatigue...
Granted, he is a damn good LB and has been for a long time. Him and the D carried them as far as they could (almost won a S. He isn't getting any younger, unfortunately, and his time may have passed. The injuries are mounting and he seems a little tired, I agree he has helped carry the team for a lot of years so fatigue should be expected.

Did anyone else watch MNF Falcons vs Saints? 4th quarter was the most exciting game ever this year!

Those Giant fans have gone silent... Did you really think Eli Manning was good?...he just happened to play KC, Oakland, Washington, and Tampa the first few weeks. 3 one win teams and a winless team will make ANY team look good. By the way Brandon Jacobs is killing my fantasy team.
