yes, 64 is not quite double the 47 in St. Louis, in fact it's not even 50% higher so off by a bit there... 
But all kidding aside, the city has real issues, mostly related to drugs and poverty. Unfortunately this is not the first time we've claimed that awful crown.

I personally prevented 18 murders, so St. Louis could retain it's honor.
