That article pretty much tells you all you need to know about why Apple don't support Flash and why Android will be supporting it in June.

Not really. There isn't any full version of mobile flash available as of today. More to the point, there are significant challenges and frustrations associated in delivering something built for mouse based input (rollovers etc) on a touch screen interface.

Microsoft last week effectively supported Apple's stance on Flash. One can debate the merits or otherwise of Apple's position on the issue, but when Microsoft say they also want to see the web rely more on open standards such as HTML5, CSS and Javascript you have to think that it is the beginning of the end for Flash.

I am betting you're right, same as the monopoly case against Microsoft went no where. Just interesting, I don't agree with the responders that Apple's apps restrictions will lead to their demise anytime soon either.
