Geez, man! You stormed the place. Congrats on 1K and look out, Gene!

Thanks Krozi. You remind me of my own love of cars when I was your age (except my car at your age was a 1981 Chevy Caprice V6 with a 0-60 of about 18 seconds ).
Thanks that means a lot to me Hey a car is a car, and cars are awesome! (except for that Nissan cube thing )

Thanks Frank. I have a ways to go to reach your level! Glad that your car wasn't damaged in the hail storm yesterday that hit the Metroplex.

Believe me, I know where you are coming from. I always loved cars since I was a kid and have subscribed to all of the major cars mags since I was about 10. I'll still never forget how much I wanted my license when I was a teenager and how happy I was to get it.

At your post rate I'm not sure what's gonna wear out first...your fingers or your blackberry!

You should break 5k by the end of the year I'd guess unless anything else does first.

Richard:

I burn through my Blackberries in about 6 months -- due to work-related emails . I tend to wear out the trackballs/trackwheels although once I wore out the transmitter from too much activity.

I am hoping that my Bold proves tougher than my prior BBs. So far my fingers are fine. I'm not so sure about hitting 5K posts by the end of the year. Depends on how interesting the topics are as I tend to react to other people's threads more so than starting my own. And if I have an eruption at work, that could cause me to be absorbed in that for months. Or my wife could get sick of E60.net and lock me out of our computer at home.

But I suppose that 5K is possible.
