As a NYC native I feel your pain guys, you should see when its in the 50's & 60's here in Miami, people breakout winter coats, ear muffs, etc. When getting out of work yesterday I noticed a guy wearing a bubble jacket with shorts & sandals

This was the high today!! Wind chill was -40F!!
At least not as cold as it was here around 1993 (or was it 1994?). Wind chills were down to -70F Brrrrrr..... (anybody here remember that season?)
