Yum. I stay at Marriotts and mine was near the Wynn and the Venetian. Sounds like that one is a must do on another trip.

Delmonico's is great! While at Venetian, Tao Asian Bistro is very good and turns into a nightclub later in the evening.

Le Cirque (Bellagio) for French cuisine is great.

I have been told that il Mulino (Cesars) Italian has great food and atmosphere.

I wouldn't go that far. It's ok. But then again, I'm a total steakhouse snob.

So, you ask for recommendations, then don't go to any of the restaurants suggested? Next time just throw a dart at the local restaurant guide.

FWIW, I'm a big fan of the Areola, which has locations all over town.

Picasso at the Bellagio is definitely the best place to go to in Vegas:
http://www.bellagio.com/restaurants/picasso.aspx

here's the yelp:
http://www.yelp.com/biz/picasso-las-vegas

last time we ate there it was over $1500 for 3 people.

I've always enjoyed Joel's cooking at MGM

more of a romantic atmosphere though if your looking for a good view or rooftop dining this isn't the place

You actually liked Bouchon in Napa? Man. I thought the ambience was annoying (loud, very crowded, tables squeezed close together, and overpriced for the quality of food & service). Seriously disappointing, especially in light of French Laundry.
