Yes you are referring to Glendora Mountain Road:

This road looks sick -- right up my alley. But too far to get to with a 430 pm landing.

OK, I am definitely heading right for Decker Canyon Road. Check you these Youtube videos of the road. Wow!

Well, I ended up renting a black MB E350 because the Vette that I had rented turned out to be a Vert and my bags would not fit in it. E350 is a lovely car but in terms of handling prowess and steering feel, it does not even closely compare to the E60. It does have a superior highway ride and a sound system that is 10 times better than the Logic 7 in the E60.

Nonetheless, I was undaunted and tried out Decker Canyon Road. It was absolutely incredible. This was, by far, the most dangerous and challenging twisty road I have ever driven on. The road is very, very narrow and the sharp curves just don't stop. There are so many 180 degree hairpins. One wrong move and you fall hundreds of feet to your death. Just the way I like it. This kind of road taxed the MB to its limits and the engine temp guage was way high up by the time I was done flogging it in first and second gear on this road and then on Mulholland Highway. What a rush this drive was. You So Cal folks have it good in terms of twisty roads.

Seriously, for people who love dangerous twisties, Decker Canyon Road is for you. There is little to no traffic on it because most people are sane enough avoid it.
