Well, here's my 2 cents:
1. I LOVE the interior (hope the material quality is excellent).
2. Exterior design is not as offensive, as some might thing. Definitely more derivative than I'd expect from Jaguar. That said though, Ian Callum's designs are a little generic-looking - even in gorgeous cars. In the end, I have to admit, I like it, but...
3. I reserve my final verdict until I see the car in person.
Preliminary marks: 10 out of 10 for interior and 7 out of 10 for exterior.

I'm not feeling that color scheme but the first one you posted was really nice. I've always been a fan of Jaguar interiors.
But I still LOVE that interior. Its actually kinda

The overall shape of the body is slightly appealing, save the rear. However, it could be an angle issue.

It's too soon for Tata to have an impact on the design. It will be a few more years before we see any Jaguar's that were designed by Tata.
The interior looks very Ford. The steering wheel looks like something off the Ford Parts bin. The sweep around line from the door to dash and back to door reminds me of the concept for the 6 series (and I didn't like that element on the 6-er either). The rest is very retro Ford (except for maybe the seats).
Ultimately, I really don't care much for Jaguar. I don't like to stereotype cars but they such middle aged woman cars that I can't see myself in one and chuckle inside every time I see a middle aged man driving one. The ride is too soft and any 'racing' heritage is history.

the interior is good, the outside looks a bit messed up, we had an XK8 at our last meet and the
hood/bonnet was very long and very classy like the E type and was quite admired.
when parked next to an Xf my modd'd E60 wins the looks from the girls everytime
the xf is kinda small i think.
