i don't see a lot of changes comparing to 3G one's yet.. i will still use mine (3G) for a while untill I can upgrade it. let's see when it comes out

I read about the 3Gs on CNN yesterday... http://www.cnn.com/2009/TECH/06/08/apple.i...iref=newssearch .. in the article it says 'Apple also discussed a new iPhone operating system, version 3.0, which adds a cut-copy-paste feature to current iPhones. Apple said the new software adds 100 new features.".. hopefully the new software will make my current 3G just as cool.. When is ver3.0 supposed to be released?

The changes are massive - take another look... Much faster processor, autofocus camera, video recording, magnetometer etc. 3.0 will bring many of the new features to 2G and 3G but most of the best ones are hardware reliant (and thus specific to the 3GS) and not just OS 3.0 reliant.
Video recording is one of them, message editing, call log editing, call blocking (unwanted callers), and much more.
The advandage i see in 3g-S is a new processor that will make iphone faster. Thats sure an improvement.
As far as camera - if you want a nice pic. you will not use a phone anyway. There is a pro camera for that. And Memory - i know some people need it. But i barely use my 8G it's a lot already.
that's my opinion.... but after all i still gonna get a new one like I always do lol..

i will wait until the 4G network comes out. this phone is an interem fix and apple is gonna look like assholes when 4G comes out and they release ANOTHER phone, infuriating the 3GS customers.
