Well guys today is the first day that I'm trying to go the whole day without a single cigarette.....Its difficult, but not impossible...The Chantix has really been helping alot...

best of luck with the quitting. I'm trying the slow way... down to approx two packs a week. hate the smell of cigs but finding it difficult to just stop
